Bronzed Bunny Membership Agreement

All memberships have rollover privileges. The amount paid will be rolled over as a service credit. The service credit applies to the service purchased and cannot be transferred or used towards an alternative service.

All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. Once a membership is purchased it cannot be cancelled until the 3-month commitment has been fulfilled. The card on file will continue to be charged until a written cancellation request has been submitted. Cancellations must be submitted in writing with a 30-day notice. Cancellations will not be taken over the telephone. 

Memberships can only be used at the location the membership was purchased for and can not be used at another Bronzed Bunny location.

All memberships include a 10% discount to regularly priced services and retail products. This 10% discount does not apply to any packages, additional membership packages or sales.

Free Birthday Brow Service must be used during your birthday month and you must have an active membership during that month.

By purchasing a Monthly Membership, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Membership fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Membership at any time subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. Pricing subject to change.

Once you have subscribed Bronzed Bunny will automatically process your Monthly Membership fee in the next billing cycle. Bronzed Bunny will continue to automatically process your Monthly Membership fee each month on/or around the day of the month you signed up at the then-current Monthly Membership rate, until you cancel your subscription.

Written notice, via email, is required if you wish to terminate your membership after the initial 3 billing cycles and must be received 30 days prior to the new billing cycle.

By purchasing a Membership you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this membership agreement.  Bronzed Bunny reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the membership program or any aspect of the program at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Clients are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program terms and conditions. Bronzed Bunny may revoke any Client’s benefits at any time is such Client engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of this agreement. The interpretation and application of the Program’s Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Bronzed Bunny.
