We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

We cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions and cannot be held responsible should any occur. We are completely transparent in our ingredient listings, so please read them carefully before placing an order. Your sensitivities are your responsibility. For this reason, we cannot offer any refunds on opened or used merchandise.

Unopened items may be returned for a full refund up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Opened items may be returned for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. We simply ask you follow our Returns & Exchange guidelines below on the bottom of this page. Gift cards & samples are non-refundable.
